  My boyfriend and I have dealt with the same girl both times we've been here and both times she had an attitude. The first time I just brushed it off but this time I seen her roll her eyes as she was looking down at the computer and as I was looking to see if I had a coupon to use she walked away all impatient. The management here needs to talk to her about her attitude because she is probably part of the reason why they have bad reviews. She also did not give my boyfriend extra cream cheese on his bagel like he asked, I also asked for well done hash browns and those were not well done, and she also cooked part of my sandwich too long and I could only eat half of it because the other side was too hard. Terrible service here. I don't know what her name was because she didn't give us our receipt, I believe she was mixed and she was skinny if the management cares to have a talk with her.

  Went to use our AARP card's girl hostile behind counter she wanted to give one discount for two! Slammed change on counter. She had no name tag or I would put her name on the site, she kept slamming the door. What a shame great donuts and coffee just very bad customer service.
